Pivoting with Purpose: Malaysia Team Brightens Pink October with Fresh Fruit

The Asian Tigers Malaysia team once again demonstrated their adaptability and commitment to wellbeing during this year’s Pink October activities. With the scheduled outdoor session cancelled due to ongoing haze, the team quickly shifted gears and created a healthy, energising alternative that kept the momentum going.

Instead of heading outdoors, the team gathered for a fresh fruit breakfast featuring a colourful mix of sweet, nutrient‑rich fruits. This simple activity delivered a strong wellness message. Daily fruit intake provides essential vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants that support immunity, protect against chronic diseases and contribute to overall health – a core theme of Pink October.

This week’s fruit breakfast follows last week’s “Golden Watermelon Coconut Glow” juice activity, reinforcing Malaysia’s steady participation in the month‑long health initiative. Each session is designed to be easy to execute, visually engaging and aligned with the broader goal of encouraging healthier habits across the organisation.

Next week, the team will continue the Pink October programme with a Breast Cancer Awareness and Healthy Nutrition Talk, adding expert guidance to the practical activities already underway. We can’t wait to share more with you.
