Asian Tigers IAM 2025: Embrace Global Opportunities

Late in October, eight of our leadership team landed in New York ahead of the main group, heading east to spend a few days with our key agents along the US East Coast. Armed with our latest “Asian Tigers” presentation – introducing and re‑introducing our country managers, sharing concise customs‑clearance facts and some light “did you know?” regional tidbits – we created relaxed opportunities for our partners to get to know us better and ask questions one‑to‑one.

Next, all 19 members of the team came together in the city that never sleeps. At the International Association of Movers (IAM) Annual Meeting & Expo in New York, we kicked off with an internal ATG meeting, and then engaged in focused discussions with our top 125 agents. We reviewed account‑performance, looked at evolving expectations, gauged satisfaction with our services and mapped out fresh opportunities to raise the bar – both for our agents and for the accounts they serve. The packed four‑day agenda dovetailed perfectly with IAM’s extensive programme of keynote sessions, networking events and expo hall interactions.

After most of us returned home, three of our colleagues continued onward to Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) in Salt Lake City. There, ATG hosted a booth where we met HR professionals, destination‑service providers, relocation bankers and other key suppliers to the mobility industry. Branded “Asian Tigers” tote bags filled with thoughtful giveaways from across Asia helped raise our brand visibility and made a memorable impression.

Finally, one ATG team member crossed to the US West Coast for wrap‑up visits with prime agents, before heading home.

From East Coast visits to major industry forums and the West Coast wrap‑up, ATG’s global mobility leadership was clearly on the move – connecting, learning, sharing and building the partnerships that matter most.
