Pink October 2026: Asian Tigers Malaysia Raising Awareness, Inspiring Healthier Choices

As part of our Pink October 2026 activities, we were pleased to organise a Breast Cancer Awareness & Healthy Nutrition Talk, bringing our team together to learn more about health, prevention and the importance of making informed lifestyle choices.

The session covered three important areas:

Breast Cancer Awareness – Understanding the importance of early detection, recognising possible warning signs and symptoms, breast self-awareness, and regular health screening.

Healthy Nutrition – Learning about balanced diets, healthier food and drink choices, and how small changes in our daily eating habits can contribute to better overall health.

Drinking Water Quality – Exploring water filtration technologies, understanding the differences between filtered, RO (water that has been purified using reverse osmosis) and mineral water, and making informed choices about our daily drinking water.

The interactive session also provided an opportunity for our colleagues to ask questions, exchange knowledge and gain practical insights that they can apply in their everyday lives.

 At Asian Tigers Group, we believe that employee well-being goes beyond the workplace. Through initiatives like Pink October, we hope to encourage greater health awareness, preventive care and healthier habits among our people.
