It was an honor to sponsor the AmCham Ball – Miami Nights on April 29, 2017. Organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, it would be a spectacular evening that whisks one away to vibrant and colorful Miami. It was a night of laughter, wine and dine with a very happy atmosphere, marking the very embodiment of successful cooperation between Asian Tigers Hong Kong and AmCham.

The hall had been lavishly decorated with all the symbols of famous Miami Nights: neon lights, palm trees, and bright colors took over the place, giving everything a lively and exotic feel, right from the very start of a guest’s arrival at the event. It had every element of taste and attention to detail in decoration, simply laying out what one would feel in the nightlife of Miami, making the guests feel they really stepped into the tropics.

Warm hospitality greeted them with a welcome drink, an epitome of what to expect for the rest of the exciting evening ahead. The reception area was enthusiastic with excitement as guests mingled, greeted their friends, and made new acquaintances. The relaxed yet sophisticated environment allowed one to unwind and get into the festive spirit of the event.

What really sets the AmCham Ball apart is the great dining experience. The catering team had come up with a menu of different types of gourmet dishes that would tease the taste buds and go along with the theme of Miami. Fresh seafood platters, succulent meats, delectable desserts, and so on—each course that was presented was truly a culinary delight. The night’s entertainment was simply superb. There was a live band playing such an eclectic mix of music—from timeless favorites to current chart-toppers—to keep everybody satisfied. It was added entertainment to the night, again structured with dynamic routines in colorful costumes to keep the audience in captivation. The entertainment had been thoughtfully planned to keep guests engaged and having fun throughout the evening so there wouldn’t be any real dull moment.

The AmCham Ball also provided an excellent opportunity for networking and building business relationships. Diverse sectors represented by guests added variety to the evening in much-needed fashion, making this a classic setting for meaningful interaction and networking. Guests found it easy to chat among themselves with great ideas and come up with lasting relationships while enjoying their evening.

It was very clear that the event was successful and had an effect on each person present by the number of laughter and cheer the room was filled with.
