Reflecting on Asian Tigers Group’s Successful International Training Event in November

As we step into the new year, it’s a great time to look back at one of the standout moments of the previous year for Asian Tigers Group – our international training program held in November. This event was a significant milestone in our journey of continuous learning and global collaboration.

We were delighted to have representatives from several of our branches come together for an immersive training experience. From Asian Tigers Singapore, the enthusiastic team comprised Charo Jimenez, Dean Lek, Elyn Chia, and Ryan Yasmein. Their participation added a diverse range of perspectives and insights, enriching the learning environment. Madoka Saito and Kaho Shimomura, hailing from Asian Tigers Japan, contributed their valuable expertise and team spirit. Our Thai branch, represented by Apiwat Khuankanueng, not only participated but also generously hosted a part of the training at the Asian Tigers Thailand facility.

Preparations for this event were meticulous, with every detail carefully planned to maximize the learning experience. Everyone was equipped with safety shoes for a guided visit to the airport, a key part of the training that provided practical insights into our operations. 

Developing our team’s skills and fostering a culture of collaboration across our international network is part of the Asian Tigers Group DNA. As we forge ahead into 2024, we remain inspired by the spirit of teamwork and continuous improvement showcased during this memorable event.
