Asian Tigers Indonesia is making significant strides in ensuring a safer and healthier workplace by pursuing the ISO 45001:2018 certification, the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. The company is now in the final phase of the first stage of the certification process, demonstrating its commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
As part of this journey, internal audits were conducted on March 11-12 across all departments. These audits ensured that the company’s operations align with the stringent standards required for ISO 45001 compliance. Employees from every department actively participated, reinforcing a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
In preparation for certification, all Asian Tigers Indonesia facilities have been adapted to meet ISO 45001 requirements, ensuring that safety protocols, infrastructure, and operational procedures align with global best practices.
Additionally, on Friday, March 14, the company organized a Medical Check-Up Day for all employees. This initiative underscores Asian Tigers Indonesia’s dedication to employee well-being, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
If all phases proceed smoothly, Asian Tigers Indonesia expects to achieve ISO 45001:2018 certification by May 2025, alongside the re-certification of ISO 9001:2015. This milestone will further strengthen the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
