Traditional packing materials, mainly consisting of non-biodegradable plastics and other harmful substances, significantly contribute to environmental degradation. The Asian Tigers implemented green alternatives such as biodegradable bubble wraps, recycled cardboard, and multiple-use crates, significantly cutting their usage of harmful materials. The benefit of the shift is twofold: not only does this help in reducing wastes, but it also sets some sort of standard in the relocation industry and prompts other companies to do likewise.

Another area in which Asian Tigers have intensively made huge investments is in energy-efficient technologies. To a great extent, the company has fitted its warehouse and offices with LED lighting systems, energy-efficient HVAC units, and motion-sensor lights, reducing energy consumption in so many ways. The Singapore team adopted another 150 plants at S$6 each as part of their CSR, where the funds will be donated to a chosen charity.
