Export documents required for Expatriate:

SEA Shipment
1) Passport bio page with limited re-entry stamp – scanned color copy.
2) KITAS / Stay Permit – scanned color copy.
3) IMTA / Working Permit – scanned color copy.
4) Visa/Work permit/residence permit for destination country – scanned color copy.
5) Airline ticket (from Indonesia to destination where he/she sends his goods to) – scanned color copy.
6) Departure stamp from Immigration if he/she already departed from Indonesia.
7) Color copy of EPO stamp / Original ERP
8) Reference Letter issued by his company in Indonesia – Original
9) Authorization & Statement letter for him/her to sign & return, which we will provide at time of packing –
Original.

AIR shipment
1) Passport bio page – scanned color copy.
2) KITAS – scanned color copy.
3) EPO Stamp / ERP – scanned color copy.
4) Visa/Work permit/residence permit for destination country – scanned color copy.
5) Airline ticket (from Indonesia to destination where he/she sends his goods to) – scanned color copy.
6) Reference Letter issued by his company in Indonesia – scanned color copy.
7) Authorization & statement letter for him/her to sign & return, which we will provide at time of packing –
original.

Important Notes:
- EPO only valid for 3 months since the date of issuance
- KITAS and IMTA only valid for 3 months since the expiration date stated on the document
- Basically, all documents only valid to be used for export with maximum 3 months since the date of issuance or/
counted from the expiration date stated on the documents.
Export documents required for Indonesian Citizen :

SEA Shipment:
1) Passport bio page – scanned color copy.
2) KTP – scanned color copy.
3) Company ID card – scanned color copy.
4) Visa/Work permit/residence permit for destination country – scanned color copy.
5) Airline ticket (from Indonesia to destination where he/she sends his goods to) and – scanned color copy.
6) Departure stamp from Immigration if he/she already departed from Indonesia
7) Transfer of Residency/Surat Keterangan Pindah Sementara from his/her local authority where they lived
The letter should mention the destination country where he/she will move
8) Reference Letter issued by his/her company in Indonesia - original
Note: if hired overseas, he/she can replace the reference letter with a scanned color copy of his/her employment
contract/agreement.
9) Authorization & Statement letter for him/her to sign & return, which we will provide at time of packing – original.

AIR Shipment:

Note: if hired overseas, he/she can replace the reference letter with a scanned color copy of his/her employment

Export Documents Required For Diplomatic:

SEA SHIPMENT:
1) Passport bio page – Endorsed color copy.
The passport number should be same with the passport number registered in stay permit/ Diplomatic ID card
2) Stay Permit – Endorsed color copy.
3) Diplomatic ID Card – Endorsed color copy
4) EPO – Endorsed color copy.
5) In case if no EPO available, then a Recommendation Letter from Indonesian MoFA is required – Scanned color copy
6) Visa/Work permit/residence permit for destination country – Endorsed color copy.
7) Airline ticket (from Indonesia to destination where he sends his/her goods to) – scanned color copy.
8) Departure stamp from Immigration if he/she already departed from Indonesia
9) Statement letter from the Embassy which is stating that shipper will move - Original
10) Authorization Letter from client to us to handle the shipment, with duty stamp – original.
11) Statement Letter from client which stating that he/she will not bring out any prohibited items, with duty stamp –

7) Airline ticket (from Indonesia to destination where he sends his goods to) – scanned color copy.
8) Statement letter from the Organization which stating that the shipper will move - Original
9) Authorization Letter from client to us to handle the shipment, with duty stamp – original.
10) Statement Letter from client which stating that he/ she will not bring out any prohibited items, with duty stamp –
