The annual event became a rendezvous point on the Kuala Lumpur social calendar, drawing participation and fervent support from all corners of the city. <a href=\"https:\/\/asiantigersgroup.com\/resources\/destination-guide\/malaysia\/\">Asian Tigers Malaysia<\/a> was proud to be a major sponsor in this year&#8217;s celebration, as we think it would mirror our community relation policy interwoven with community involvement in charitable works.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anticipation was high for the Melbourne Cup as delegates assembled for this much awaited luncheon event. The area was festive, decorated to portray the pomp of the Melbourne Cup. Royal-Ten made their presentation, while the delegates, down to their best clothes, were waiting for that race to kick off\u2014ready to join in on the fun and raising much hype.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Asian Tigers Malaysia both sponsored it and was one of the most popular spots of the event: the photo booth. More importantly, guests had the chance to create personalized memories of the day. It was a pretty funny and engaging way to save some great moments. The booth set up was brightly colored and cheerful, with props that matched the festive atmosphere, leaving not a single soul without a ribbon-wrapped reminder of the fantastic day shared together. The photo booth not only added to the experience, but also represented a larger goal for Asian Tigers Malaysia\u2014one of making memorable moments in the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The climax of the lunch was, undoubtedly, the event at Flemington, which was being televised on huge screens in all corners of the room. Anxious moments were spent watching the featured race, and the room was filled with high voltage as the horses thundered down the track. The scenes in fact abounded in cheers and several gasps as the race unfolded. The moment of shared viewing seems to bind people together into a camaraderie of oneness and enjoyment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Besides the race, there was also a beautiful presentation of food at the luncheon. A luscious feast with diverse dishes \u2014 all gourmet and prepared expertly, appealing to various tastes \u2014 welcomed the guests. Together with the reborn social atmosphere, the food giving itself an invitation was the king to soothe participants, cause them to mix freely, and be full of jubilant feelings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/asiantigersgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG-20181106-WA0033-825x510-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"825\" height=\"510\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24477 size-full\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the noble aspects the Melbourne Cup luncheon has is the message behind its organization. All proceeds from the festivity were distributed among local charities in Malaysia, which in itself showed the charitable nature and giving back to society that the community members possessed. It could be called a successful event both in meaning and in terms of generating huge attendance and raising huge funds, considering the benevolence poured in from the residents of Kuala Lumpur into the two days of the event. Donations were going towards ensuring different kinds of initiatives that would serve to improve the lives of every individual and family in Malaysia, therefore making a difference in the lives of many in the context of community living.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asian Tigers Malaysia was part of this year&#8217;s Melbourne Cup luncheon, rendering once again an encouraging and participatory corporate partner.
