FIDI and its Affiliates will take steps to <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">ensure we are fully informed of applicable Anti-Trust laws and regulations in connection with cartel conduct and <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">other Anti-Trust violations, and will monitor our employees and business partners to ensure full and continual <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">compliance.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Legal compliance<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Asian Tigers (The Company) will ensure that we are aware of all applicable laws and regulations covering<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">anticompetitive practices in all our jurisdictions in which we operate, and that we will obey and uphold those laws <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">and regulations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The Company will ensure that we are aware of, and are complying with, applicable laws and regulations in <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">connection with cartels.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ethical behaviour<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">As a demonstration of our commitment, the Company pledges to take a zero tolerance approach to cartel conduct.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">At all times, the Company will act professionally, fairly and with the utmost integrity in all business dealings and <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">relationships. This will apply wherever we operate.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Commitment to the values of FIDI<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">This Anti-Trust Charter is formally integrated into the FAIM quality standard.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Code of Conduct<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The Company undertakes to:<\/span><\/p><ol class=\"aa\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Never make direct or indirect (via third parties including agents, suppliers or customers) contact with an <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">actual or potential competitor or other third party, the object of which is to engage in cartel behaviour.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Never propose or reach an agreement, whether directly or indirectly, formally or informally, with actual or <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">potential competitors, regarding any sensitive competition-related issues, including a) fixing prices, b) dividing or <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">sharing markets, customers or territories and c) rigging a competitive bidding process<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Report any indication or initiative of improper anticompetitive business conduct by an actual or potential <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">competitor in accordance to your internal reporting procedure, including but not limited to, reporting to your legal <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">department and\/or to the relevant Anti-Trust authorities.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Not to participate in a meeting of a trade association in which sensitive competition-related issues are <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">discussed. If such subjects are raised during a meeting, employees of FIDI Affiliates must immediately ask for <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">the discussion to end.
