Origin Services:

• Protection of floors, hallways, and elevators, where applicable
• Professional export packing
• Where applicable, the packing will include specialized preparation of:

1. Crystal: Individually wrapped with tissue and packing paper, packed into double ply cartons or crated
2. China: Individually wrapped with tissue and packing paper, packed into double ply cartons or crated
3. Mirror: Glass taped to prevent shattering, wrapped with tissue and packing paper, covered with cartons and Styrofoam, and crated, where required
4. Carpets: Rolled with packing paper and desiccant. Wrapped in corrugated cardboard and sealed in plastic
5. Pictures/ Paintings: Individually wrapped and packed with tissue and packing paper. Large pictures and paintings will be crated
6. Glass from Tables: Glass taped to prevent shattering, individually wrapped with tissue and packing paper and packed into crates, where required
7. Furniture: Packed in craft paper / plastic bubble wrap

• Crating to be provided for any items specified by your sales consultant, and detailed on your quotation
• Preparation of an English language inventory
• Securing and labelling of items
• Loading into steamship container and delivery to port for loading onto vessel
• Customs clearance and documentation

Freight:

• Steamship line/vessel selection
• Prepayment of sea freight charges and origin terminal handling charges (local THC)
• Note on shipments to the US: Our shipping department will compile all the shipping documents, and pre-pay all freight charges and terminal handling charges. To meet Federal Maritime Commission regulations, our ocean transportation can be arranged through OMNI Shipping Services, Inc., a tariffed and bonded no vessel-operating common carrier licensed by the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission license number 013252N. Asian Tigers Group (Cambodia) is an authorized agent of OMNI Shipping Service.

Destination Services:

• Presentation of documents for normal customs clearance
• Pick-up cargo from seaport
• Delivery of goods to residence within 30kms. of quoted town/city, with normal access (i.e. delivery vehicle can position within 30 meters safe carry distance from the residence entrance and delivery thereafter restricted to not above the 2nd floor if using stairway)
• Unpacking of goods to a flat surface and removal of used material at the time of delivery
• Return of empty container(s) to seaport
• Please note: For most countries, delivery services are provided Monday to Friday only (with some exceptions, Saudi Arabia or Doha for example)
